Omi, French SaaS software for 3D photo and video modeling and rendering for brands, has completed a €6m Seed fundraising round in order to accelerate the development of its R&D, recruit new talent, and roll out its international presence.
We assisted Omi and its founders in negotiating the new investors' equity investment and coordinated the entire transaction.
