We prefer to invoice on a fixed-price basis when the scope of work can be clearly defined from the start. This invoicing method gives you visibility on the exact amount of fees you will be invoiced, regardless of the number of hours spent to assist you.
When fixed-price billing is not possible due to the characteristics of the considered transaction/issue, we bill you on a time-spent basis at an hourly rate. In any case, we will send you an estimate of the fees in advance, and we will keep you regularly informed of the number of hours spent on your transaction or matter.
For your recurring needs or in case of a temporary increase in your activity, we offer monthly subscription invoicing. Its amount will be determined according to the number of hours you require. For specific transactions and for the duration of the considered transaction, we can provide you with a specific person for a few hours or a few days per month, depending on your needs.
