Adventure Avocats was founded by Camille Pedrini. She has developed since 2011 a specific expertise in M&A, private equity and corporate law transactions.

In particular, she advises listed and unlisted companies on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, strategic partnerships/joint-ventures and restructurings.

She has also developed a solid expertise in corporate governance and resolution of conflicts between shareholders.

In addition, Camille Pedrini advises start-ups and scale-ups and their founders in the tech sector on their fund-raising transactions, as well as with the structuring and implementation of incentive plans (ESOP) for employees and/or management teams.

With a dual French and American citizenship, she assists French and foreign clients, both nationally and internationally.

Prior to founding Adventure Avocats, Camille worked for Ollyns (counsel then partner), Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel (counsel), Viguié Schmidt & Associés, DLA Piper and Eversheds.

She holds an executive master's degree in financial and tax engineering from ESCP Europe, an LL.M in international financial law from King's College London, a professional Master 2 in business law from Université Paris 10 - Nanterre and a Master 1 in business law from Université Paris II - Panthéon-Assas.
